Do you charge any Brokerage?
Nope! Zero Brokerage. RoomAdda doesn’t charge students or working professionals anything. Our service is
completely free for tenants.
Are PGs safe for girls?
Yes, we partner only with trusted PGs that ensure security, hygiene, and safety protocols. You can also filter
for girls-only PGs or co-living options that have 24/7 security.
Can I visit the PG before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage on-site visits. Once you shortlist a PG, our team will schedule a tour and accompany
you if needed to ensure you're happy with your choice.
What amenities can I expect?
This depends on the property, but most PGs listed offer:
- Wi-Fi, washing machine, power backup
- Daily meals (veg/non-veg)
- CCTV security & Housekeeping
- Furnished rooms with bed, mattress, cupboard, etc.

Are all the PGs verified?
Yes! Every PG listed on RoomAdda goes through a verification process including checks on food, cleanliness,
staff behavior, and amenities. No more nasty surprises.
When should I book my PG?
Ideally, start looking 2–3 weeks before your move-in date. Early birds get the best rooms — especially near
popular colleges and IT hubs!
What’s the budget range?
It depends on location and availability, but we typically offer rooms in three ranges: ₹8k–12k | ₹13k–16k |
₹21k–27k.
What locations do you cover?
We operate across major Bangalore hubs including Koramangala, Sg Palya, Tavarkere, BTM, Jayanagar, Sarjapur,

What happens after I submit a request?
Once you submit a booking request, our team immediately coordinates with the PG owner to confirm availability.
We then contact you with the next steps and assist you until your booking is successful.
